We honor all manufacturers warranties on the products we carry. While customer satisfaction is our first priority, we follow the general accepted principles of business practices. Repairs, credits, and returns are sometimes dictated by manufacturers’ guide lines. Terms are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Any defective product may be returned for exchange for a period of 30 days. Defective CDs are replaced free of charge within 90 days of purchase. Aeromedia Incorporated Software may be returned for a refund provided the packaging seals have not been broken and it is returned in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns after 7 days of receiving merchandise.
To receive a refund or exchange, all products must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
